Prologis sells San Antonio warehouse to Shweiki Media

Industry Park Distribution Center, Bldg 6

ProLogis, a global owner and developer of distribution facilities and San Antonio’s leading player in the local market with over 71/2 million square feet of industrial properties, sold Industry Park Distribution Center #6 located at 4954 Space Center Dr.  Gal Shweiki, President of Shweiki Media, purchased the 83,692 square-foot building on May 11, 2009.  The metal building, built in 1971, is situated on nearly 4.2 acres.
