4350 Lockhill Selma

After sitting vacant since completion late last year, 4350 Lockhill Selma landed its first two tenants in the third quarter. San Antonio-based Vidacare Corporation, developer of medical devices, recently leased 16,932 square feet.  The University of Texas San Antonio leased 11,168 square feet and plans to move in before the end of the year.  Read Stream Realty release. 

4350 Lockhill Selma, developed by Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners, was one of the eight major speculative office buildings (over 100,000 square feet) delivered to the San Antonio market in 2008 which contributed to nearly 1.4 million square feet of new office space added to the market.
