Alamo City designated a top relocation market

San Antonio has been named one of the best places to live in 2010 by

Brighton, Mich.-based on Tuesday released its annual list of “America’s Top 100 Places to Live for 2010.” San Antonio ranked fifth in America on the overall list.

The Alamo City also ranked the fifth best recovery city and the eighth best retirement city in the country. is an advertising-supported Web site with articles and information to help prospective homebuyers find a new place to live.’s editorial team reviewed thousands of nominations to produce its top list of 100 of the best communities to live.
