South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital
The South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital building located in the Far North Central submarket at 18600 Hardy Oak Blvd. was recently purchased by MedProperties NSHS LLC, an affiliate of Dallas-based MedProperties Capital Partners LP. Chicago-based National Surgical Hospitals Inc. sold the single-story, 30-bed facility which spans 45,733 square feet.
