EastGroup proceeding with Thousand Oaks project

EastGroup is breaking ground on 109,000 square feet of multi-tenant space in San Antonio at a projected cost of $9.6 million.  The project will consist of two buildings, Thousand Oaks I and II, which should be completed in the first quarter of 2012.
