…Earlier this month a venture known as Domicilio Conocido III LLC acquired Pacific Plaza. The property spans some 100,000 square feet at 14100 San Pedro Ave. It is currently valued at $9.6 million, according to information from the Bexar Appraisal District. While those involved in the deal remain mum on the transaction, real estate officials say that the Pacific Plaza buy is representative of the continuing strength of San Antonio’s office market — and its ability to attract investors that have the financial wherewithal and the desire to make a long-term investment in the Alamo City’s real estate fundamentals.
