Developer Dale Schuparra looking to bring urban flair to San Antonio’s suburbs

Local developer Dale Schuparra is pursuing a vision of creating a new downtown in the heart of two prestigious suburban residential communities, despite the financial challenges still overhanging the planned development.

His project, Rialto Village, calls for creating a work/live/play environment on 24 acres of land along Interstate Highway 10 West and Ralph Fair Road, on the city’s far Northwest Side.
