University of Texas System Regents approved the creation of a new $95 million oral health care center that will be the new patient care site of the Dental School at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. The new facility will be built next to the university’s Medical Arts & Research Center (MARC) onFloyd Curl Drive in the South Texas Medical Center.
The new Center for Oral Health Care at the MARC will consist of 172,000-gross-square-feet of space spread across four levels. It will also include a 450-car parking garage. The entire project should be completed by the end of 2014.
