Wal-Mart plans to build a 165,000-square-foot Supercenter at the intersection of Blanco Road and Wurzbach Parkway. In order to get the deal done, the discount retailer agreed to terms that included saving at least 75% of the trees on the 40-acre site and building an 8-ft.-high wall between the store property and the 16.38 acres to be donated to the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy.
