Investor interest in area industrial properties continued with the recent purchase of a 300,000-square-foot industrial property on 27 acres along Interstate 10 in the satellite community of Seguin. St. Louis, Mo.-based ElmTree Net Lease Fund II acquired 1720 W. Kingsbury Street for a reported $22.6 million.
The manufacturing and distribution building, developed by Bandera Ventures in 2012, is currently 100% leased to Gray Interplant Systems, SCSI and FCA LLC, all of which provide products or services to the adjacent Caterpillar engine assembly, test and paint facility.
