Culebra Crossing purchased by World Class Capital

Culebra Crossing (141,000 sf), located on 15 acres situated at 8349 Culebra Road in the city’s Northwest sector, was recently purchased by World Class Capital Group LLC, an Austin-based private real estate investment trust.

The neighborhood retail center, built in 1983, was reportedly 93 percent occupied at the time of sale including anchor tenants WellMed, Family Dollar and Don’s & Ben’s.
