Highpoint Towers purchased by Austin-based firm

Highpoint Towers

Highpoint Towers, situated on 13 acres at 8401 and 8415 Datapoint Drive, was recently purchased by Highpoint, LP, an entity affiliated with Austin-based Riverside Resources.

The project, located on the periphery of the South Texas Medical Center in Northwest San Antonio, includes two 11-story office buildings which combine for more than 300,000 square feet of rentable space. 

According to Xceligent data, the project was roughly 80% occupied at time of sale.

Plans call for a multi-million dollar upgrade to lobbies, elevators, bathrooms and building façade.
