New owner hitting the refresh button for Medical Center office complex

Galaxy Office Partners, LLC, a local investment group headed by Daniel Jacob, Jr., recently purchased two, 2-story office buildings located at 8632 Fredericksburg Road and 8535 Wurzbach Road in Northwest San Antonio. The 48,636-square-foot complex was reportedly 80 percent leased at the time of sale.

The complex isn’t the first office investment Galaxy has made in San Antonio, and the company plans to make significant improvements in both class B buildings, which were built in 1981.
