Plans for GM Financial at Westover Hills
Work begins this month on GM Financial’s $11.2 million call center facility in Westover Hills.
Four months after the center was first announced, the company has submitted a permit to start construction on a two-story facility at 3302 N. Ellison Dr.
The facility will be about 100,000-square-feet and will add 490 full-time jobs within five years. Overall, 700 jobs will eventually be added by GM.
Local firm RVK Architects was brought on to lead the design. Completion is slated for March 2017.
