With finalized designs, CBL, Aqualand push for mid-2017 Lone Star groundbreaking

San Antonio’s Southtown area has experienced impressive growth over the past few years, plans to redevelop the 32-acre Lone Star site, it’s about to hit overdrive.

Aiming for a summer 2017 groundbreaking, developers have finalized the schematic design for the mixed-use development, which has the potential of carrying a $300 million price tag.

Entertainment, restaurants, a food hall, three separate multifamily properties, hotel, office, parking and a plethora of retail will surround a variety of outdoor areas and venues in an effort to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor space.
