
Weston Urban has purchased 201 W. Commerce St.
Downtown developer Weston Urban purchased 103-year-old building at the northwest corner of Flores and Commerce streets.
Plans include turning 10,000 square feet into creative office space. Other ground-floor tenants include VIA Metropolitan Transit, 7-Eleven, and Metro PCS.
CEO Randy Smith said the building is in an important spot adjacent to the heart of city government and many other current and planned projects.
Timeline for completion of the office space project is six to eight months.
