More co-working space coming to San Antonio

Paradox Partners LLC is launching a co-working concept in a two-story, 39,333-sf building at 8522 Broadway St.

The company, which will base its operations in San Antonio, plans to open the initial Paradox co-working space in part of a two-story building on Broadway Street near San Antonio International Airport that was bought out of foreclosure two years ago by an investor group headed by Alex Gerber.

The first Paradox will have 10 offices, two conference rooms and a Blüm Coffee shop. Tenants have the option to lease office space or conference rooms by the day or month. They will also have access to shared working spaces near the coffee shop.

Unlike coworking spaces that often are set up in urban areas and cater mostly to small tech startups or other emerging companies, the Paradox model is more diverse. The concentration of a more varied entrepreneurial base in North Central San Antonio and Alamo Heights is what captured Paradox’s attention.
