New Hampton Inn Opens at Singing Hills

HamptonLogoSMCharles Leddy, CEO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts (“Presidian Hotels”) announced today the opening of Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde at 499 Singing Oaks, Spring Branch, Texas. The new hotel joins Hilton’s global brand of more than 2,200 Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton by Hilton Hotels.

Local realty firm bets on medical retail for Huntington Square

According to a press release, the new development is a two story, 24,050 square-foot site will be on North Loop 1604 W. at Collins Circle. The new space will focus on leasing to medical retailers like spas, chiropractors, dentist offices and wellness centers as well as other retail tenants.

City Council to consider incentives for $150 million distribution center

The facility would be the company’s sixth center nationwide and its largest. San Antonio is competing against other sites in Texas and in Louisiana. TJK, the brand’s parent company, is eyeing a 200-acre site on FM 1937 — South Flores Road — south of I-410 and east of Highway 281. …Read Entire Post
