Developers of Boerne mixed-use project score victory

The City of Boerne’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted 3-2 in favor of rezoning some 26.6 acres of land off Herff Road. The project which is being planned for the area, called Legacy at Cibolo, was formerly known as The Village at 17 Herff until a recent rebranding.

Mixed-use project approved for Alamo Heights

A four-story, $40 million mixed-use development in the heart of Alamo Heights received unanimous approval from the Alamo Heights City Council earlier this week. The project by Argyle Residential will feature a 150-unit apartment complex and 5,100 square feet of retail space. The development is planned for a 1.41-acre triangular lot at 5514 Broadway Street.
