Whataburger affiliate buys more land near airport

Companies controlled by Whataburger executives now own 28 acres of land at the crossing of Loop 410 and U.S. 281 after buying a 9.9-acre property at the southwest corner of the intersection, near San Antonio International Airport, on October 6, property records show. The land is occupied by At Home and Tuesday Morning retail outlets.

Credit Human receives $3 Million incentive package for move to Pearl

On Tuesday afternoon, the Bexar County Commissioners agreed to a nearly $3 million, 10-year property tax break with San Antonio-based credit union Credit Human for the construction of its new, 10-story headquarters at Pearl.

H-E-B buys 871 acres outside of San Antonio city limits

H-E-B has purchased 871 acres of vacant land on the East Side in unincorporated Bexar County, almost doubling its land in and around San Antonio as it faces increased competition from Walmart, Amazon and the newcomer Lidl grocery chain.

New Business Park Breaks Ground
