Dallas-based investment firm Big Sky Medical Real Estate recently acquired the Alamo Quarry Center from Mohr Capital who has owned the building since September of 2021.

The two-story healthcare property spans 38,370 square feet and is located in the iconic Alamo Quarry Market at 250 E Basse Road just off US Highway 281 in North Central San Antonio.

Methodist Plaza II gets underway at Northeast/Live Oak Campus

Methodist Healthcare recently broke ground on a second medical office building at its Live Oak campus.  The expansion of Methodist Hospital Northeast introduced Methodist Plaza II, a three-story building to span more than 73,000 square feet.
Methodist Plaza II will house a hospital-based outpatient surgery center featuring five operating rooms.

Methodist Hospital-Landmark to replace Forest Park Medical

The former Forest Park Medical Center located at 5510 Presidio Parkway is getting a new lease on life courtesy of Methodist Healthcare.  After acquiring the real estate in 2018, Methodist recently announced plans to invest more than $50 million to redevelop the shuttered facility into Methodist Hospital-Landmark – a new community hospital that will house roughly 50 beds and emergency facilities.

Methodist Expected to Break Ground on $150M West Side Hospital

Nearly two years after initial plans were announced that Methodist Healthcare would build a new hospital campus in the fast-growing Westover Hills area, it is anticipated that Methodist is preparing to begin construction on the 74-acre site along Highway 151.
