Rackspace at former Windsor Park Mall
In addition to the 80,000 square-foot former Mervyn’s space which was redeveloped and opened last spring to accommodate 400 employees, Rackspace Managed Hosting is now gearing up to take down another 140,000 square feet of the former Windsor Park Mall space to accommodate as many as 1,600, reported by the San Antonio Business Journal, in an article dated June 12, 2009.
In related news, Cambridge Realty recently started marketing 61,000 square feet of the 178,000 space currently leased by Rackspace at 9725 Datapoint Drive. The space is available January 2010 which corresponds nicely with the estimated Fall completion date of the new space at the Windsor location.
