The Oaks at University Park

The Oaks at University Park, located at 12238 Silicon Dr., is a newly completed one-story office building totalling 114,433 square feet that came online in the second quarter 35% occupied by Community First Health Plans.  Community First, established in 1995 by University Health System, moved from their previous location at Corporate Square Tower.
