Crossroads Mall
Crossroads of San Antonio Mall has a new owner, according to GlobeSt.com (8-10-09). An affiliate of Trammell Crow Co., which purchased the asset in 2004, recently sold the property located at 4522 Fredericksburg to a partnership of investors from Houston and San Antonio.
The buyer plans to rebrand the property originally known as Wonderland Mall built in the early 1960s. Adjacent to Super Target, current mall anchors include Burlington Coat Factory, Hobby Lobby, Stein Mart. In addition, the mall features the Norris Conference Center and Bijou Theater.
