Westpointe Corporate Center purchased by Petco

Westpointe Corporate Center

Westpointe Corporate Center (114,125 sf), located at 654 Richland Hills Drive in the Westover Hills area, was recently purchased by Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. to create a new Satellite Support Center as an extension of its corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA.  

The facility is slated to open mid-2011 and will eventually support roughly 400 corporate jobs through relocation and new hires over the next three years.
