The Vineyard lands Golfsmith to fill former Conn’s space

 The Vineyard Shopping Center, located in the Far North Central sector at Loop 1604 & Blanco Road, recently landed Austin retailer Golfsmith International Holdings Inc. which backfilled the space previously vacated by Conn’s Appliance at 1211 N. Loop 1604 W.  The 30,400-square-foot facility is Goldsmith’s first local store but marks the 12th store in Texas and 88th store nationally.
