Stream Data Centers, a Dallas-based data center developer, has kicked off construction of a new data center 9.6 acres in Westover Hills in close proximity to several other data centers occupied by national and multi-national corporations.
The facility will span 75,840 square feet to initially be divided into three 10,000-square -foot suites, which can be further divided in 200kW sections if necessary. Each suite will also provide 4,500 square feet of private, dedicated office space for disaster recovery.
Stream points to San Antonio’s central location, reliable infrastructure and stable cost of electricity which make it a great choice for national enterprise users to locate and operate their mission-critical infrastructure.
