San Antonio office market to see start of Lockhill Crossing

Without a single signed tenant, Stream Realty Partners will start construction of a five-story office building.

At 126,000 square feet, Lockhill Crossing will become the first speculative office space of its size to be built on the Northwest Side since 2008.

The building will sit on 16.98 acres at 4530 N. Loop 1604– just inside the Loop at Lockhill Selma Road.  Eight acres of the property will remain green space with walking trails.

Construction is expected to be complete by late next year.

While Stream hasn’t signed any deals with tenants, it has letters of intent from four companies on about 20 percent of the building.
