Fountainhead occupancy now at 100%
After signing its first lease in fourth quarter 2015, Grainger (NYSE: GWW) has inked a deal to occupy an additional 16,000 square feet on the second floor of the Fountainhead II building — a move that will boost the business park’s occupancy to 100 percent.
In the next few weeks, following the $1.18 million finish out expected to be completed by February 2017, Grainger will occupy both the second and third floors with sales staff. The property is one of two 85,000-square-foot buildings in the Fountainhead Business Park, which is on a 12-acre campus at 4411 and 4545 Horizon Hill Blvd.
Throughout last year, the second building at Fountainhead sat 100 percent vacant for months, a situation that was quickly turned around thanks to back-to-back deals secured Grainger and Sorenson Communications — a Utah-based company that moved into a 25,000-square-foot space around the same time as the industrial supply company.
