There were two significant elements of CaptureRx’s deal to move to downtown San Antonio: first, that it would be occupying office space in not one, but two downtown properties; and second, that the city should prepare for these types of large-scale announcements to be made a more often.
Following months of negotiations, CaptureRx signed a 60,000-square-foot lease with local developer GrayStreet Partners to occupy all of the office space created by combining the neighboring Kress Building and the former children’s museum property along East Houston Street.
Interior work to open up the space between the two buildings has begun, and the health care tech company is expecting to move in once construction is done in early 2018.
