The Dallas investment firm has purchased an aging 13-story office tower near the Medical Center with plans to renovate it into top-of-the-line office space.
The purchase price was undisclosed, but the Bexar Appraisal District assessed the tower at $20 million last year. The firm plans to spend $5.4 million to spruce up its exterior, upgrade its elevators and improve the parking garage in order to transform it into class A office space, he said.
