The 103,000-square-foot shopping center, anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and Petco along Callaghan Road, has been sold to a California investor for $21.9 million.
The property was sold by the Florida-based private equity real estate firm the Sterling Organization, which acquired the shopping center in 2012 for $11.13 million. The firm also owns Park North, a 45.7-acre property along Interstate Highway Loop 410 between San Pedro Avenue and Blanco Road. Acquired by the firm in late 2016, Park North is anchored by a Target and an Alamo Drafthouse movie theater.
A deed dated Sept. 7 names the buyer as Grandview Holding LLC, which is addressed to a law office in Beverly Hills. On Sept. 1, Grandview Holding took out a loan for $16.35 million on the property.
