Converse Town Center
The City of Converse Economic Development Corp. recently sold two parcels in the city’s center, which will be developed into Converse Town Center, a collection of four single-story office buildings totaling 29,000 square feet.
The project, which is a collaboration between five local partners, will be located at 301 Converse Center Street.
Located at the southeast corner of South Seguin Road and Converse Center Street, the project will target neighborhood office tenants such as dentists, doctors, accountants, real estate agents and others.
Construction could begin as soon as late this summer but fluctuations in materials pricing could delay the project by a few months.
Converse, a bedroom community located in Northeast Bexar County, saw a 55% growth in population from 18,198 in 2010 to 28,171 in 2018, and it is projected to grow to more than 100,000 by 2032, according to the Converse EDC.
